St. Paul, MN - After almost a year in detention, Sameth Nhean and his family breathed a sigh of relief when an immigration judge granted him a 212(h) waiver canceling his deportation and allowing him to regain his green card. Nhean has been fighting his deportation alongside members of the #ReleaseMN8 campaign since August of last year.

Last night, the Senate Republican leaders failed to pass their attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA) / ObamaCare that would have left 16 million more Americans uninsured and raised premiums by 20% annually.

The fight is not over. In the next 20 hours, Senators will vote on what they think is best for their constituents (or best for the wealthy few). However, they won't hear what YOU think is truly best for you if you don't raise your voice! Contact your Senator to protect your health care!
