Project SOAR provides training and technical assistance in the field of leadership for refugee-based community organizations throughout the nation. SOAR provides assistance to organizations that receive funding from the U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), which is also the funder of Project SOAR. SOAR’s services are open to refugee communities from all parts of the world.
