Legal Aid Directory
|
As SEARAC continues our work on deportation issues, we recognize that community members and families affected by detention and deportation are often in need of legal advice that we are unable to provide. This Legal Aid Directory provides a listing of non-profit organizations that provide legal services on immigration-related issues as well as a listing of private attorneys in the field of immigration. For states that are not listed, please check the additional resources section of this directory.
Please feel free to contact Eileen Morrison at eileen@searac.org or Helly Lee at helly@searac.org or 202-667-4690 if you have questions about this directory or SEARAC’s work around detention and deportation issues.
DISCLAIMER: This directory is to be used as a resource and in no way does SEARAC guarantee the services or the quality of services provided by those listed.
