Training and Technical Assistance

SEARAC’s Training and Technical Assistance (T&TA) work provides individualized technical assistance as well as training and educational workshops on leadership and organizational development to Southeast Asian American led community based organizations.  In fiscal year 2010, through two different funding streams from the Office of Refugee Resettlement, SEARAC’s T&TA work expanded to working with the Burmese and Bhutanese communities, and we collaborated with three national organizations to implement an asset building project for refugee communities.
