Each year, SEARAC gathers Southeast Asian American community leaders to participate in activities that include advocacy education, leadership strategizing, collaborative networking, and relationship building with decision makers on issues that are specific to the Southeast Asian community.

In 2009, the event will be convening in three strategic locations across the country:

  • Sacramento, California: July 11 – 13, 2009
  • St. Paul, Minnesota: August 1 – 3, 2009
  • Lowell, Massachusetts: August 22 – 24, 2009

Applications to the 2009 events are now being accepted.

Participants remain in touch with one another and with SEARAC through a variety of volunteer activities and through an e-mail list-serve. This project, which is linked with the Southeast Asian American Advocacy Initiative, is funded by State Farm®.
